Blue dress shirt was what he was wearing the first time you met him. Tall and built with a charming smile. Eyes wide when he talks about his interests and hobbies. Upset when things doesn't go right. Happy when you guys spend time together. Quiet when you are doing homework, but is loud when he gets bored.

Brown eyes, the one you look into when you first fell in love. The ones that you keep staring at because and you just can't stop but stare. The ones that look into yours and understand if you're sad, happy, mad, or upset. The ones you wake up to and look and thought to yourself one day he'll be your future husband.

As white as snow everything seems pure and clean with one swatch, like angels you see in pictures, puffy clouds you see up above. Just like every girls' dreams one day you will walk down that altar with the most beautiful gown with a beautiful bouquet that you grip on tightly to over come your nervousness. Smiling so brightly that you even show your teeth, but also clear drips drop down your face as you see the love of your life.

Two years later the color pink means so much to you both. With an angel so precious in your stomach. What should you guys name her? Thousands of name pop up, but still haven't been decided. You guys even start decorating a nursery and bought everything. Now it's the waiting game. Waiting to start a beautiful family. 

Totally Tan

This weekend for labor day. My family and I went to Kansas City Worlds of Fun. I was glad we had this trip because it has only been two weeks of school and I'm already tired and want to give up, but this trip made up for it. It was a warm sunny day with a nice breeze. We rode roller-coasters again and again. We also went on water slides. But... I forgot one thing. I forgot to put on sunscreen and by the end of the day I become totally tan.

Dying leaves falling off

The sound of the crunch the leaves make as you step on it

The sun shining brightly through the beautiful trees

The burnt smell of the marshmallow as you're making s'mores around the campfire

Singing, talking, and laughing

Drinking pumpkin spice latte with blankets to cuddle in

Our laughter as loud as a canyon makes our neighbors stay up

But we quiet down and settle inside the house on the soft rug watching Hocus Pocus

I thought your poem was interesting and I love the specific details you put in for example my favorite was " stifling heat, not enough water, hot dry breezes, cicadas buzzing, falling asleep with the spiders by your face, waking up with a raccoon on your chest."

Your trip sounds so much fun! Its so interesting that there is a class like that that we can take and it's so cool that you found four fossils! I really want to go to New Mexico one day, but I don't think I would be able to take the class because I'm not very patient.

I love the fact that the blanket was a comfort to you while you went through all of that! I also like how you have it with you everywhere.
